Shipping policy
Thank you for supporting our small business. We want you to be able to enjoy your Maethu products as soon as possible and pride ourselves quick processing times.
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
**There are currently postage delays due to COVID-19. Please allow for additional delivery time.**
If an item is out of stock or you would like a custom order, simply email us at hello@maethu.com.au and we will be happy to help.
Unfortunately Maethu rituals and wellness is not responsible for missing parcels once they have been delivered by the courier or Australia Post or Sendle.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer an $8 flat rate shipping Australia wide.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders within a 5km radius of Thornbury, Victoria, 3071.
Local deliveries are made between 9am-6pm on Wednesday and Fridays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping but hope to offer this in the near future.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@maethu.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We use Sendle to post our orders and as they specialise in door-to-door delivery, their policy states they are unable to deliver to PO boxes. If this is an issue for your order, please get in touch. Additional fees may apply.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@maethu.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
